i have been ip ban and would like to appeal it

hi this is moogrid i have been ip ban because my friend told me to log onto his account dd and i got ip ban for being online can i pls be un ip ban because i only logged on to his acc to see if it works still i did not scam anyone i just recently started rova so can i get unban all i ask for i have not done anything wrong
