The answer to this is, you receive a lot more features that include:
New Commands
An additional "Donator's only" home area
Donator Only items
Access to items only donators can acheive; yet trade to anyone
Donator Status on forums and server
Able to Yell
Players who donate $30.00 or more gets an item of choice
Commands-
::pure- this gives 99 combat stats except defense
::main- gives all 99 combat stats
::yell- yells in the channel

Donator Only Items these include-
Black (G) [green trim]
Black (W) [white trim]
Meat Tenderise [can not be used in wild, hits fast and accurate. hits up to 100]
Scythe
Items donators can achieve and trade anyone-
Demonic Book- Black book that gives +20 strength
Quest Cape
Hunter Cape
Summoning Cape

Donator Status-
They have their own icon both in forums and in-game.
Yell Channel-
Able to buy/trade/sell/chat/announce on the Yell Channel
